Some Basic Cart Hire Rates
Carts are available for Full Day Hire or Half Day Hire by special arrangement.
“Fixed Cost” Hire
With the fixed cost, complete hire rate, we can cater for your private function or event including Corporate Meetings, Product Launches, Birthday parties, Weddings, and Conferences.
If you want maximum exposure for your product, what better way to draw the attention you desire than by adding espresso coffee to your display site.
We can also “Sell” the coffee on your behalf to recover part or all the hire cost. If all coffees are sold then a generous return is usually achieved and of course yours to keep.
All equipment and items necessary to provide 200 coffees are included in the fixed cost price, with additional charges allowed for additional time, staff or coffees.
If you are a community group, school or club, ask us about our bonus 50 cup included for free.
Hire Includes Coffee cart and all equipment operating for 5 hours, one barista, set-up, pack-up and clean-up.
“Percentage of Sale” Hire
This hire suits functions of Sports Days, School fetes (preferably 200 students or above) and most other open selling type events.
A percentage of our total sales is calculated and paid to you for allowing us to attend your event. A minimum sales figure does need to be achieved to cover our costs.
Coffee Cart and all equipment and coffee items are included in this hire. Coffee sales are usually unlimited. Hire Includes set-up, pack-up and clean-up.
